Silky chocolate mousse on top of an almond macaroon cookie dipped in dark chocolate.
Named after the famous French actress Sarah Bernhardt. In 1883 Sarah visited Copenhagen with her production of “Froufrou” and tasted divine chocolate pastries that she praised. In 1911 her memoirs were published in Danish and Chef Johannes Steen named a spectacular chocolate cookie after her.
