4 Easter Chick Cookies – spiced vanilla lemon icing cookies with cinnamon, ginger a little clove, decorated like Easter chicks.
1 The Original Marzipan Kringle -It is authentic flaky Danish pastry, it is Real Butter! Our large hearts are in there, the marzipan is fresh and pure. In Viking Danish Kringle means – pretzel in shape – so therefore the shape!
2 Easter Petit Fours – butter cookie base, raspberry spread, layer of Mazarin cake, real vanilla butter cream, marzipan on top, and dipped in white chocolate.

Enjoy pastry within 3 days of receiving or please put in freezer in same package it arrived in order to keep absolute freshness intact. To thaw, take out the night before or 2-3 hours before, put in 400 degree preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
Cookies can be kept at room temperature for 2 weeks if contains no cream. To store, put in freezer. Thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours and serve.
