The Andersen’s in Santa Barbara is having an intimate one of a kind Evening event with Mrs. Andersen and Charlotte Andersen with many years of Scandinavian Culinary History & traditions. The esteemed Winemakers from the Riboli Winery & special guests will be present & talking of each pairing & the accompanying wines, Vineyards & history. This unique opportunity offers storytelling, Q&A. This is a very important chance to experience Old School handmade craftsmanship !

VIKING PLATE 💥
Smoked Salmon, Dill sauces, House pickled Herring , Scandinavian Pate, creamery butter & Pumpernickel bread .
Paired with Panicaut Blanc 2023 💕
MAIN COURSES 💥
Vol-au-vent with fresh asparagus, poultry in a herbed cream sauce with puff pastry.
Oven roasted Viking Style Pork Roast, root vegetables, red cabbage, garlic mashed potatoes & a Demi glaze reduction.
Viking style oven roasted Duck from Mary’s Farm, baked Apples, celery root mash, garlic mashed potatoes, red cabbage and Mama’s famous demi-glace reduction.
Paired with Pinot Noir from San Simeon💕
DESSERT 💥
Traditional Danish Apple cake with layers of Sweet Bread crumbs & sugars. Served with Strauss whipped cream.
Coffee will be served on silver tray’s with sugars and cream.
Andersen’s VIKING GOODY BAGS will have packs of Danish Butter cookies, Marzipan Almonds horn’s dipped in dark rich chocolate from Belgium. Guests will also receive Andersen’s traditional coffee beans using the same recipe for over 50 years..
