Petit Fours best served at room temperature. Can be kept in refrigerator for 2-3 days. To store, put in freezer in same package it arrived in order to keep absolute freshness intact for up to 2 months. To defrost, thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-6 hours.

This is my absolute favorite treat! Perfect combination of textures and flavors. Not too sweet. We visit Carpinteria a couple times a year and I always make a special trip to Andersen’s in SB for the Petite Fours.
