Traditional Danish Layer Cake
Layers of sponge cake soaked with Grand Marnier syrup, Bavarian cream, spread of raspberry, and almond macaroon cookies in center. Honest to goodness whip cream on top.
Decorated with strawberries when in season or raspberries.

Can be kept in refrigerator for 2-3 days. To store, put in freezer in same package it arrived in order to keep absolute freshness intact. To defrost, thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
